Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy governs all purchases made through EmpowerHer Academy™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Products, Courses & Memberships

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their intangible nature and immediate access upon purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and course bundles
  • Learning paths and digital programs
  • Memberships, subscriptions, and passes
  • Downloadable content, templates, PDFs, and digital resources

Once access is granted or content is delivered, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.


2. Physical Products & Course Kits

Physical products may be eligible for replacement only in cases of verified damage or defect.

To qualify:

  • Notification must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage is required

If approved, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital products of any kind
  • Membership fees and subscription payments already processed
  • Coaching, consulting, or service-based offerings
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for the current or prior billing period.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for products that are clearly identified as non-refundable constitutes a violation of this policy. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in such cases.
