This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from EmpowerHer™ Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to course kits and merchandise.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on location, carrier, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or postal service delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, EmpowerHer™ Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We recommend contacting the carrier using the provided tracking information for assistance.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic or video evidence of the damage.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
