• Fine sea salt – 1 cup

• Carrier oil (coconut, almond, or grapeseed) – ½ cup

• Essential oils – 2 vials (5 ml each; example: lavender and sweet orange)

• Vitamin E oil – 10 ml

• Ground coffee – ¼ cup

• Dried lavender buds or rose petals – 2 tablespoons

• Honey – mini bottle or sachets
